Our team consists of valuation specialists with a blend of academic credentials, professional designations, and practical experience. Our professionals include CFAs, CPAs, CVAs, MBAs, and analysts with prior experience at Big 4 firms and leading advisory practices.
Steve Allan, CFA
Steve Allan founded Allanytics, a strategic advisory firm for data analytics, benchmarking, and compliance valuations. For the five years before founding Allanytics in early 2023, Steve led Third Horizon Venture Partners, a family office based in Silicon Valley. He served in various executive positions at closely held portfolio companies, including CEO, President, CFO, and Head of Corporate Development.
Before that, Steve spent nearly a decade at Silicon Valley Bank, where he was Head of SVB Analytics and SVB Securities Strategic Advisory, responsible for three areas of information services provided to the innovation economy: Strategic Advisory Services, Compliance Valuations, and Insights.
Prior to joining SVB Analytics in 2008, he worked with J.P. Morgan Chase in New York for the firm’s fixed-income trading business. While at J.P. Morgan, he worked with both the proprietary and client-focused U.S. Dollar Fixed Income Derivatives desks. Before J.P. Morgan,
Steve worked with AT&T in finance, marketing, and sales. Steve earned an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a
bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Notre Dame. He has also been awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
Harpreet Singh
Harpreet Singh brings over a decade of extensive professional experience, with a strong focus on business valuation. He leads a professional team dedicated to portfolio valuations, tax and compliance assessments, and financial reporting. Harpreet collaborates closely with clients to meet their valuation needs in areas such as IRC 409A, ASC 718, ASC 820, and gift and estate planning.
Previously, Harpreet was part of the Monitoring and Control Lending team at Barclays Shared Services, where he gained valuable experience monitoring complex debt covenants and conducting credit analyses for UK-based companies.
Harpreet holds an MBA in Finance from the International College of Financial Planning (ICoFP), Delhi, and a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Kota. He has also cleared Level 2 of the CFA exam conducted by the CFA Institute.
